FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES NA PERSPECTIVA DA SOCIEDADE DIGITAL: UMA OFICINA PEDAGÓGICA NA DISCIPLINA DE MÍDIAS EDUCACIONAIS
No cenário de mudanças constantes na Educação, os persistentes resultados desastrosos no PISA alimentam uma crise que tem sido justificada, entre outras causas, devido a fragilidades na formação docente e à dificuldade desses em agir frente as novas e complexas exigências tecnológicas digitais, pedagógicas e culturais. O presente trabalho se situa nessa conexão entre habilidades tecnológicas e mobilização de conhecimentos científicos e pedagógicos em uma perspectiva de profissionalização docente e tem como objetivo descrever uma oficina pedagógica que se baseou no letramento tecnológico digital e pedagógico, sob a perspectiva interdisciplinar, voltado à formação de um planejamento para o ensino de cinemática, utilizando um aplicativo para smartphone. A metodologia utilizada materializou-se numa perspectiva educacional dialógica do tipo participativa, na interação entre professor formador e licenciandos. O percurso foi conduzido em uma abordagem descritiva, com detalhamento e flexibilidade. A atividade foi realizada na disciplina de Mídias Educacionais para as licenciaturas em Física e em Matemática. Foi dividida em 4 etapas consecutivas: aula de campo; interpretação e análise dos dados; seleção do material disponível para estudo e planejamento; elaboração de uma unidade didática. Os resultados da oficina, utilizando o aplicativo RUNTASTIC, tributou para a construção de uma identidade no fazer docente, voltados a saberes relacionados à disciplina, à ensinar e aos saberes para ensinar. Assim, na perspectiva da profissionalização, a atividade apresentada pôde potencializar o desenvolvimento de habilidades gerais (interdisciplinares) e específicas, dentre elas as habilidades científico tecnológicas que podem ser desenvolvidas durante as aulas.

Abstract:
In the scenario of constant changes in Education, the persistent disastrous results in PISA fuel a crisis that has been justified, among other causes, due to weaknesses in teacher training and the difficulty of these to act in the face of the new and complex digital technological, pedagogical and cultural demands . The present work is situated in this connection between technological skills and the mobilization of scientific and pedagogical knowledge in a perspective of teacher professionalization and aims to describe a pedagogical workshop that was based on digital and pedagogical technological literacy aimed at the formation of a planning for the teaching of using a smartphone application. The methodology used materialized in a dialogical educational perspective of the participatory type, in the interaction between teacher trainer and graduates. The course was conducted in a descriptive approach, with detail and flexibility. The activity was held in the first semester of 2018 in the discipline of Educational Media for the degree in Physics. It was divided into 4 consecutive stages: Field Class; Interpretation and Analysis of data; Selection of material available for study and planning; Elaboration of a didactic unit. The results of the workshop, using the application RUNTASTIC, taxed for the construction of an identity in the teaching, directed to knowledge related to the discipline to teach and the knowledge to teach. Thus, in the perspective of professionalization, the presented activity could potentiate the development of general and specific skills in the disciplinary knowledge to teach and the knowledge to teach, among them the scientific and technological skills that can be developed during the classes.
