FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES E SUAS IMPLICAÇÕES NA EDUCAÇÃO
Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a importância do papel do professor no ensino fundamental e mostrar a necessidade de desenvolver reflexões sobre a imagem do professor, enquanto profissional responsável pela formação e capacitação de indivíduos críticos na sociedade. O professor é responsável pela construção de conhecimento e com isso é capaz de qualificar profissionalmente pessoas em qualquer área, além da formação social e humana que esse exerce. Por isso e por outros motivos, esses profissionais devem ser valorizados, no entanto, muitos ainda menosprezam, desrespeitam, humilham, violentam ou ameaçam os docentes Como metodologia deste trabalho, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e ações interventivas com crianças do sexto ano do ensino fundamental de duas escolas públicas da no interior de Goiás. O resultado alcançado mostra a necessidade de dar voz aos estudantes para que possam refletir sobre o valor e o comprometimento dos educadores em suas formações profissionais e pessoais, percepção do respeito ao profissional da educação e dos desafios do cotidiano da prática docente. Assim, vê-se a necessidade de proporcionar ações de intervenção no ambiente escolar junto aos estudantes, com o objetivo de construir um novo olhar sobre a atuação docente, prática essa desgastada e desvalorizada, como está agora, leva os professores a sofrerem de síndrome de esgotamento e a sentirem-se desvalorizados.

Abstract:
This work aims to investigate the importance of the role of the teacher in elementary school and to show the need to develop reflections on the image of the teacher, as a professional responsible for the training of critical individuals in society. The teacher is responsible for the construction of knowledge and with this, he/she is able to qualify people professionally in any area, beyond the social and human formation that this one performs. For this and other reasons, these professionals should be valued, however, many still despise, disrespect, humiliate, rape or threaten teachers. As a methodology of this work, a bibliographic research and interventional actions were carried out with children of the sixth grade of elementary school of two public schools of the city. The result shows the need to give students a voice so that they can reflect on the value and commitment of educators in their professional and personal training, perception of respect for the education professional and the challenges of daily teaching practice. Thus, we see the need to provide intervention actions in the school environment with students, with the objective of building a new perspective on the teaching performance, which as it is now, leads to teachers suffering from burnout syndrome and feeling devalued.
