Formação de Professores e Relação Família e Creche
Entendendo que família é o primeiro
grupo social que a criança convive, e o segundo
é a escola, iremos discutir sobre a relevância de
se estabelecer uma relação entre essas duas
instituições pensando no desenvolvimento
integral da criança. Este trabalho teve como
objetivo identificar se é discutida e pensada a
relação família e creche na formação inicial dos
alunos do curso de pedagogia na Faculdade
de Ciências e Tecnologia/Unesp de Presidente
Prudente. Ainda na formação inicial os futuros
docentes devem ter oportunidades de refletir,
discutir e compreender que eles serão o elo
deste vinculo, por isso estes, precisam entender
as diferentes concepções de família, como se
estabelece essa relação, a relevância de um
vínculo família e escola para o crescimento da
criança em todos os aspectos. A análise foi feita
com base no Projeto Político Pedagógico e nos
Programas de ensino do curso de pedagogia,
pesquisando a palavra-chave família,
observando a visão geral proposta na formação
e o que as disciplinas que abordam esse tema
pretendem discutir e refletir com relação ao
assunto. Concluiu-se que há disciplinas que
abordam a temática e levantam discussões
sobre os diferentes tipos de estruturas
familiares, a importância do vínculo dessas
instituições e como pode-se estabelecer essa
relação desde o acolhimento da criança e da
família na instituição escolar. Ou seja, o curso na
referida instituição colabora na formação inicial
do professor, proporcionando aos estudantes
bases para serem futuros profissionais, que
serão elo no vínculo família e escola e pensem
no desenvolvimento da criança.

Abstract:
Understanding that family is the
first social group that the child lives, and the
second is the school, we will discuss about
the relevance of establishing a relationship
between these two institutions thinking about
the integral development of the child. This work
had as objective to identify if the family and
daycare relationship in the initial formation of
the students of the course of pedagogy in the
Faculty of Sciences and Technology / Unesp of
Presidente Prudente is discussed and thought
about. Still in the initial formation the future
teachers should have opportunities to reflect,
discuss and understand that they will be the link of this link, so they need to understand
the different conceptions of family, how this relationship is established, the relevance
of a family and school bond for the growth of the child in all aspects. The analysis was
based on the Pedagogical Political Project and the teaching programs of the pedagogy
course, researching the keyword family, observing the general vision proposed in
the training and what the disciplines that approach this theme intend to discuss and
reflect on the subject matter. It was concluded that there are disciplines that approach
the subject and raise discussions about the different types of family structures, the
importance of the bond of these institutions and how this relation can be established
from the reception of the child and the family in the school institution. That is, the course
in the said institution collaborates in the initial formation of the teacher, providing the
students bases for being future professionals, who will be link in the family and school
bond and think about the development of the child.
