FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES: A DISSEMINAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO POR MEIO DE RECURSOS EDUCACIONAIS ABERTOS
Entendemos que o processo de formação docente é complexo, incerto e repleto de desafios, por esse motivo precisa ser repensado, refletido e renovado constantemente. O mundo moderno oferece uma pluralidade de recursos educacionais, muitos deles oriundos das tecnologias digitais em ascensão. Neste universo tão vasto encontramos os recursos educacionais abertos - REA que colaboram com a disseminação do conhecimento e podem enriquecer significativamente o trabalho docente. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste trabalho é analisar os resultados de um curso de formação inicial com proposta de criação, produção e publicação de REA para o ensino e aprendizagem de química. O curso foi desenvolvido em uma universidade de grande porte da cidade de Curitiba-Pr e contou com a participação de dezesseis estudantes do quarto período do curso de química. Os estudantes produziram oito sequências de aulas inovadoras e de qualidade, com licenciamento aberto, para serem utilizados por professores de química do Ensino Médio. A experiência vivenciada neste trabalho corresponde a uma das etapas de uma tese de doutorado que tomou por base os princípios da pesquisa-ação e teve como instrumentos de coleta de dados a observação participante e o uso de um questionário semiestruturado. Os trabalhos no formato de REA foram publicados no site YuduExpress, porém para maior divulgação, os REA produzidos também foram depositados em um repositório denominado: REA para o ensino de química, criado pela autora deste trabalho. Os resultados obtidos foram substanciais tendo em vista que proporcionou aos futuros professores momentos de intensa interação, colaboração, cocriação e coaprendizagem.

Abstract:
We understand that the process of teacher training is complex, uncertain and full of challenges, so it needs to be constantly rethought, reflected and renewed. The modern world offers a plurality of educational resources, many of them from the rising digital technologies. In this vast universe we find the open educational resources that collaborate with the dissemination of knowledge and can significantly enrich the teaching work. In this sense, the objective of this work is to analyze the results of an initial training course with proposal of creation, production and publication of REA for the teaching and learning of chemistry. The course was developed in a large university of the city of Curitiba-Pr and had the participation of sixteen students of the fourth period of the course of chemistry. The students produced eight sequences of innovative and quality classes, with open licensing, that is, in the REA format, for use by high school chemistry teachers. The experience lived in this work corresponds to one of the stages of a doctoral thesis that took as basis the principles of action research and had as instruments of data collection participant observation and the use of a semi-structured questionnaire. The work in the REA format was published on the YuduExpress website, but for further dissemination, the REA produced were also deposited in a repository called: REA for the teaching of chemistry, created by the author of this work. The results obtained were substantial given that it provided the future teachers with moments of intense interaction, collaboration, co-creation and co-learning.
