FORMAÇÃO DE ARTE/EDUCADORES NO BRASIL: aspectos históricos e políticos
Este trabalho analisa os aspectos históricos e políticos do ensino da arte e da formação de arte/educadores no Brasil a partir dos anos 70, considerando os principais marcos relacionados às políticas implementadas e também ao papel das organizações e associações profissionais na conquista direitos tais como: a presença e permanência do ensino da arte no contexto escolar, melhorias na qualidade da formação de professores de arte. O estudo se configura como pesquisa documental, tendo como fundamentação teórica os estudos de Barbosa (2012), Tourinho (2012), além dos documentos oficiais relativos à educação brasileira. Concluímos que a trajetória histórica e política analisada é permeada por constantes desafios, sendo necessária a articulação constante dos arte/educadores na defesa de suas reivindicações e dos direitos já conquistados.

Abstract:
This work analyzes the historical and political aspects of art teaching and art training/ educators in Brazil from the 70s, considering the main milestones related to the policies implemented and also the role of professional organizations and associations in conquering rights such as: the presence and permanence of the art teaching in the school context, improvements in the quality of art teacher formation. The study is configured as documentary research, having as theoretical basis the studies of Barbosa (2012), Tourinho (2012), in addition to the official documents related to Brazilian education. We conclude that the historical and political trajectory analyzed is permeated by constant challenges, being necessary the constant articulation of art/ educators in the defense of their clams and the rights already conquered.
