FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA, UMA NECESSIDADE DE INOVAÇÃO PARA NOVAS PERSPECTIVAS E APRIMORAMENTO DA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA.
Atualmente a palavra inovação, perpassa por todas as áreas da ciência, sendo esta primordial para a educação e para a formação continuada de professores. O objetivo do estudo desta pesquisa foi analisar e repensar a formação continuada de professores para o aprimoramento do ofício e prática docente com a busca de novos caminhos para a proposição de inovações pedagógicas. Para atingir tal objetivo, utilizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica com autores que se dedicaram a analisar e refletir sobre o tema. Os resultados apontam que a reflexão é muito importante no processo da formação continuada e que esta se aprimora a partir do local de trabalho. Concluiu-se que é essencial ao professor refletir permanentemente, colocando-se como sujeito dessa formação continuada e é relevante a demanda de novos caminhos para a proposição de inovações pedagógicas, aprimorando a prática docente, em um contexto humanizador e sócio-histórico para mediar o conhecimento do aluno.

Abstract:
Nowadays, the word innovation is permeated by all areas of science, and this is a key element for education and for the continuing education of teachers. The objective of this study was to analyze and rethink the continuous formation of teachers for the improvement of the craft and teaching practice with the search of new paths for the proposition of pedagogical innovations. In order to reach this objective, the bibliographical research was used with authors who dedicated themselves to analyze and reflect on the subject. The results indicate that reflection is very important in the process of continuous training and that this is improved from the workplace. It was concluded that it is essential for the teacher to reflect permanently, placing himself as the subject of this continuous formation and it is relevant the demand of new paths for the proposition of pedagogical
