FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA DE PROFESSORES DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE ARACRUZ/ES: REFLEXÕES SOBRE A PRÁTICA DOCENTE

A formação continuada do professor é uma ação importante para adquirir saberes que contribuem com a prática docente e asseguram um fazer pedagógico com mais êxito na aprendizagem, bem como para o crescimento pessoal e profissional. O presente estudo constitui-se de reflexões baseadas em leituras de trabalhos sobre a temática, de revisão de literatura, de observações e pesquisas de elemento significativo, buscando tecer o elo entre a teoria e a prática. Também foram feitas visitas à Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Aracruz para estabelecer aspectos teóricos da formação docente no contexto de três escolas situadas nesse município. Tem como objetivo geral: pesquisar como a formação continuada dos professores pode contribuir para a aprendizagem efetiva dos alunos do 3º ano do Ensino Fundamental de três escolas do município de Aracruz/ES. E o problema envolve identificar como as estratégias utilizadas nas formações de professores podem contribuir para a prática docente desenvolvida em turmas de 3ºs anos nessas três escolas. A metodologia pode tem características de abordagem qualitativa, sendo o questionário contendo perguntas abertas e fechadas, aplicado aos professores, um dos instrumentos de coleta de dados. O município de Aracruz está localizado na região turística Rota do Verde e das Águas do Estado do Espírito Santo, pertence à mesorregião litoral norte. De acordo com resultados obtidos, os professores participam das propostas de formação continuada oferecidas pela Rede Municipal de Ensino, acreditam que podem aperfeiçoar suas práticas, compreendem que os processos de formações contribuem para a prática em sala de aula e favorecem o aprendizado e complementam os conhecimentos do professor. Tudo isso cria condições para um ensino significativo e efetivo para os alunos. Constatou-se também que a SEMED já possui um plano de formação continuada, de maneira sistematizada, visando fazer com que o resultado retorne para a prática por meio de intervenções inovadoras.

Continuing teacher education is an important action to gain knowledge that contributes to teaching practice and ensures a more successful pedagogical learning, in addition to their personal and professional growth. This study consists of reflections based on reading, literature, observations and research of a significant element, weaving the link between theory and practice, as well as visits to the Aracruz Municipal Secretariat of Education, in context of three schools in the municipality. It presents as general objective: to research how the continuous formation of the teachers can contribute to the effective learning of the students of the 3rd year of the Elementary School of three schools of the city of Aracruz / ES. And brings the problem: how the strategies used in teacher training can contribute to the teaching practice developed in the 3rd year classes in three schools of the Aracruz-ES Municipal Network. The methodology permeates a qualitative approach, using a questionnaire containing open and closed questions, applied to teachers. The municipality of Aracruz is located in the tourist region Rota do Verde and the waters of the state of Espirito Santo, belongs to the northern coastal mesoregion. From the results obtained we verify that the teachers participate in the proposals of continuing education offered by the Municipal Education Network, believe that they can improve their practices, understand that the training processes contribute to the practice in the classroom and that favors a learning and knowledge to the teacher. Providing conditions for meaningful and effective teaching for students. We also find that SEMED has developed a continuing education plan, which offers systematized training so that its results return to practice with innovative interventions.
