FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA COMO SUPORTE PARA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DO DOCUMENTO REFERÊNCIA CURRICULAR PARA MATO GROSSO EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL
No Brasil, a temática da formação continuada de professores é contemplada na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional – LDB 9394/96, retrata a importância do aprimoramento profissional continuo. Com base na lei torna-se necessário a busca constante pela formação continuada e atrelado a isso políticas públicas que proporcione e efetive a formação continuada para os profissionais da educação, buscando a melhoria da prática pedagógica. O Documento Referência Curricular para Mato Grosso Educação Infantil, concebe um olhar voltado para o desenvolvimento integral da criança e o protagonismo infantil. O mesmo segue a estrutura da Base Nacional Comum Curricular BNCC e acrescenta particularidades do estado de Mato Grosso. Esse documento foi elaborado, visando direcionar as aprendizagens a serem desenvolvidas nas instituições de Educação Infantil. Tais aprendizagens, requerem a atenção aos princípios éticos, políticos e estéticos. Objetivou com a pesquisa diagnosticar se a formação ministrada, contribuiu para que houvesse compreensão em como trabalhar partindo da Implementação do Documento Referência Curricular para Mato Grosso, Educação Infantil. A metodologia utilizada, pautou na qualiquantitativa com questionários no qual proporcionou questões abertas e fechadas. Considera-se que o trabalho realizado foi de suma importância e alcançou o objetivo proposto, os participantes, demonstraram que mesmo tendo um receio pelo desafio exposto conseguiram por meio da formação, minimizar os anseios e compreender como deve ser efetivado a implementação do DRC-MT Educação Infantil nas escolas municipais de Educação Infantil do município de Nova Canaã do Norte.

Abstract:
In Brazil, the theme of continuing education for teachers is contemplated in the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education - LDB 9394/96, portrays the importance of continuous professional improvement. Based on the law, it is necessary to constantly search for continuing education and linked to it public policies that provide and implement continuing education for education professionals, seeking to improve pedagogical practice. The Curricular Reference Document for Mato Grosso Early Childhood Education, conceives a look focused on the integral development of the child and the child protagonism. It follows the structure of the National Common Base Curriculum BNCC and adds particularities of the state of Mato Grosso. This document was prepared, aiming to guide the learning to be developed in the institutions of Early Childhood Education. Such learning requires attention to ethical, political and aesthetic principles. The objective of the research was to diagnose whether the training provided, contributed to understanding how to work based on the Implementation of the Curriculum Reference Document for Mato Grosso, Early Childhood Education. The methodology used was based on qualitative and quantitative questionnaires in which it provided open and closed questions. It is considered that the work carried out was of paramount importance and achieved the proposed objective, the participants demonstrated that even though they cere afraid of the challenge exposed, they managed, through training, to minimize their desires and understand how the implementation of DRC-MT should be carried out.
