Abstract: The progressive activity on the singing voice and the health promoting role of speech therapy have awakened several national studies in search of characterization, because the voice represents the most complete and sophisticated sound produced by the human body. The objective of this article was to analyze the bibliographical production of scientific articles related to speech therapy and singing voice. Bibliometric research was carried out in the SciELO database, using predetermined keywords, whose inclusion criteria considered only scientific articles published in Portuguese in the period between 2006 and 2022. Based on the results obtained, it is concluded that speech therapy and singing voice counted a considerable number of scientific articles published in the last 16 years in Brazil, however the research points to the need to develop vocal awareness strategies, both for singers/musicians and also for speech therapists.
