Fisiopatologia do Câncer de Bexiga provocado pelo Tabagismo
É notório que um médico generalista com as suas devidas ciências deve ter conhecimento sobre as implicações danosas do tabagismo ao organismo humano. No entanto, a maioria das patologias causadas por este hábito estão relacionadas principalmente com o trajeto percorrido pela fumaça em alta temperatura nas vias aéreas, onde provocará diversos tipos de lesões. Sendo que, dentre elas, a de maior letalidade e/ou potencial de incapacitação funcional se encontra o câncer. Devido a isso, pode-se destacar que apesar da sua principal causa ser o tabagismo, o câncer de bexiga não é provocado pelo trajeto anátomo-danoso do mesmo. Nesta revisão de literatura, destacam-se os principais fatos que se fazem necessários compreender sobre a fisiopatologia de como este tipo de câncer pode se desenvolver através do ato tabágico e ressalta-se também o fato de que esta é a principal causa cancerígena evitável em todo o mundo.

Abstract:
It is clear that a general practitioner with the necessary sciences must be aware of the harmful implications of smoking for the human body. However, most of the pathologies caused by this habit are mainly related to the path taken by the smoke at high temperature in the airways, where it will cause different types of injuries. Among them, the one with the highest lethality and/or potential for functional disability is cancer. Because of this, it can be noted that although its main cause is smoking, bladder cancer is not caused by its anatomically-damaging path. In this literature review, we highlight the main facts that are necessary to understand about the pathophysiology of how this type of cancer can develop through smoking, and we also emphasize the fact that this is the main preventable carcinogenic cause in the entire the world.
