Abstract: Human anatomy, a fundamental pillar in health education, has long been tied to traditional and limited methods, such as cadaver dissection. However, ethical, logistical, and financial constraints have driven the search for alternatives that make teaching more dynamic and accessible. This study presents an integrative literature review, analyzing the impact of innovative tools such as virtual and augmented reality, 3D printing, digital dissection tables, ultrasonography, gamification, and artificial intelligence on the teaching-learning process. The results indicate consistent improvements in academic performance, spatial reasoning, engagement, and motivation. Immersive resources like AR and VR enhance anatomical visualization; 3D printing supports clinical understanding; gamification, particularly when combined with AI, fosters active and personalized learning; while ultrasonography bridges theory and practice, strengthening student confidence. Despite challenges such as cost, accessibility, and the need for proper training, the evidence shows that, when applied complementarily, these technologies transform the educational experience and point to a future in which innovation redefines human anatomy education.
