FERRAMENTAS DE ABORDAGEM FAMILIAR: INTERVENÇÃO A UMA FAMÍLIA QUILOMBOLA ACOMPANHADA PELA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA EM UM MUNICIPIO DA REGIÃO DA BAIXADA MARANHENSE
Este estudo tem como objetivo
Descrever a experiência realizada durante
uma atividade de Prática, no Módulo Atenção
Integral à Saúde da Família, do Mestrado
Profissional em Saúde da Família - Rede
Nordeste de Formação em Saúde da Família,
pela nucleadora Universidade Federal do
Maranhão, aplicada a uma família quilombola
cadastrada pela ESF, no Povoado Santana dos
Pretos, no Município de Pinheiro, Maranhão.
Trata-se de um relato de Experiência, fruto de
uma atividade de prática desenvolvida na ESF,
com a utilização das seguintes Ferramentas
de Abordagem Familiar: Genograma, Practice,
FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations
Orientations), ECOMAPA e Apgar Familiar. O
cenário da pesquisa foi a ESF Porão Grande
no Pov. Santana dos Pretos, Comunidade
Remanescente de Quilombo, certificada
pela Fundação Palmares desde 2002. Para
a seleção da Família, utilizou-se a Escala
de Coelho e Savassi. Conclui-se que este
estudo é relevante tanto por proporcionar
o reconhecimento da família como foco do
cuidado integral como também por contribuir
para a geração do conhecimento. Contudo, se
reconhece a necessidade de as ferramentas
de abordagem familiar ganharem mais espaço
e sejam realmente uma prática para os
profissionais de saúde, família e comunidade.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to describe the experience gained during a
Practical activity in the Integral Attention to Family Health Module of the Professional
Master in Family Health - Northeast Network of Family Health Training, by the nucleating
Federal University of Maranhão, applied to a quilombola family registered by the ESF,
in the Santana dos Pretos Village, in the Municipality of Pinheiro, Maranhão. This is
an experience report, the result of a practice activity developed in the FHS, using the
following Family Approach Tools: GFR, Practice, FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal
Relations Orientations), ECOMAPA and Family Apgar. The research scenario was
the ESF Porão Grande na Pov. Santana dos Pretos, Quilombo Remnant Community,
certified by the Palmares Foundation since 2002. For the selection of the Family, we
used the Coelho and Savassi Scale. It is concluded that this study is relevant both for
the recognition of the family as a focus of integral care and also for contributing to the
generation of knowledge. However, it recognizes the need for family approach tools to
gain more space and truly be a practice for health, family, and community practitioners.
