Feminização e Feminilização no Ensino Superior: Um olhar voltado para a literatura
O presente artigo tem como objetivo identificar a partir da literatura as variáveis que atuam como barreiras invisíveis para a feminização e redução das desigualdades de escolhas e de permanência no Ensino Superior. Nesse sentido, foi proposto um debate acerca da diferenciação entre os conceitos feminização e feminilização. Por fim, a partir do método qualitativo e da técnica de revisão bibliográfica sistemática, foram identificadas três variáveis – comportamental, institucional e histórica – recorrentes na literatura especializada, além de apontamentos sobre as produções científicas sobre o tema encabeçadas por mulheres e a importância das políticas públicas correlacionarem gênero e o ingresso e a trajetória de mulheres no Ensino Superior.

Abstract:
The present work aims to identify from the literature the various situations that act as invisible barriers to a phenomenon called “feminização” and to the decrease of inequalities related to higher education choices and the remaining rates of women in the university space. In this sense, a debate around the differentiation of two concepts, “feminização” and “feminilização”, was proposed. “Feminilização” can translate into ‘feminization’, while “feminização” does not find a proper translation, as it means the quality of structures to receive women in social places once designed for men as well as the cultural encouragement for them to be there. At last, based on the qualitative method and the technique of a systematic bibliographic review, three recurrent factors to these phenomena were identified on specialized literature – behavioral, institutional, and historical- as well as guidings on scientific papers directed by women about the present subject and the importance of public politics correlating gender and the trajectory of women until and throughout university education.
