FEMINISMO E GÊNERO: CONTRIBUIÇÕES EPISTEMOLÓGICAS DOS ESTUDOS BRASILEIROS
Considerando as lutas feministas e
as questões de gênero como possibilidade de
fomentar novas reflexões e aprofundamento
teórico sobre a temática, o estudo objetivou
identificar as contribuições epistemológicas
dos estudos brasileiros sobre feminismo e
gênero. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática
da literatura, com características descritivas.
Foram definidas como fontes de busca as bases
Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO),
Literatura em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS)
e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval
System Online (MEDLINE), utilizando-se
como descritores/termos de busca: feminismo,
epistemologia e gênero. O recorte temporal
para a realização do estudo tomou como ponto
de partida o ano de 2005, a fim de analisar as
produções científicas publicadas nos últimos
10 anos. Visando manter o rigor do método
científico, foram selecionados somente os
artigos que apresentavam as contribuições
epistemológicas dos estudos brasileiros sobre
feminismo e gênero e, assim, chegou-se ao
corpus de análise deste estudo constituído pelo
conjunto de 08 artigos. Os estudos apontam
para a importância do feminismo e da temática
gênero para consolidação de lutas e mudanças
de práticas relacionadas à mulher, bem como
promove novas reflexões referentes ao objeto
de estudo.

Abstract:
Considering the feminist
struggles and the gender issues as a possibility
to foment new reflections and theoretical
deepening on the theme, the study aimed to
identify the epistemological contributions of
the Brazilian studies on feminism and gender.
It is a systematic review of the literature, with
descriptive characteristics. The search bases were defined as the Scientific Eletronic
Library Online (SciELO), Literatura em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Medical Literature
Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), using descriptors / search terms:
feminism, epistemology and gender. The time cut for the study took as its starting
point the year of 2005, in order to analyze the scientific productions published in the
last 10 years. In order to maintain the rigor of the scientific method, only articles that
presented the epistemological contributions of the Brazilian studies on feminism and
gender were selected and, thus, the corpus of analysis of this study was made up
of a set of 08 articles. The studies point to the importance of feminism and gender
thematic to consolidate struggles and changes in practices related to women, as well
as promotes new reflections regarding the object of study
