Feminilidade e Câncer de Mama: O que pode a mulher?
Com o passar dos anos a
feminilidade vem adquirindo nuances que
não permitem uma definição unívoca, sendo
a mulher composta por possíveis. O câncer
de mama é a neoplasia mais recorrente na
população feminina e as alterações advindas
do tratamento podem interferir na constituição
subjetiva da mulher. Mesmo com os avanços
terapêuticos, nota-se que as representações
da doença estão entrelaçadas ao sofrimento
e à morte. A partir disso, propôs-se com este
estudo identificar como as mulheres que estão
enfrentando o câncer de mama se percebem
e quais os impactos desse diagnóstico na
feminilidade. Como metodologia, foram
utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, que
foram categorizadas pela Análise de Bardin,
com oito pacientes acometidas pelo câncer
de mama, em tratamento antineoplásico, com
idades entre 30 e 60 anos. Os resultados
encontrados revelam que mesmo com todas as
dificuldades, as mulheres mobilizam estratégias
para afirmar suas potências de vida, assumir o
protagonismo de suas histórias e enfrentar o
câncer.

Abstract:
With passing of the years the
femininity it is acquiring nuances that doesn't
allow definition univocal, being the woman
composed for possible. The breast cancer is
the most appealing neoplasm in the feminine
population and the alterations arising from of the
treatment can interfere in the woman's subjective
constitution. Even with the progress in the
therapys, it is noticed that the representations
of the disease are interlaced to the suffering and
the death. Starting from that, he/she intended
with this study to identify as the women that are
facing the breast cancer are noticed and which
the impacts of that diagnosis in the femininity. As
a methodology, semi-structured interviews were
used, which were categorized by the Bardin
Analysis, with eight patients attacked by the
breast cancer, in treatment antineoplastic, with
ages between 30 and 60 years. The found
results reveal that even with all of the difficulties,
the women mobilize strategies returned to affirm
their life potencies, to assume the protagonism
of their histories and to face the cancer.
