FEMINICÍDIO: UMA TRAJETÓRIA DE VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA AS MULHERES
Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o feminicídio, para compreendê-lo, conscientizar e estimular a sociedade sobre a importância da denúncia. A pesquisa apresentou a problemática que se volta ao questionamento “por que mesmo estando na era das informações, dos direitos iguais e humanos, das liberdades individuais e fundamentais, ainda há violência contra a mulher?”. O estudo se justifica pela sua relevância social, pois é uma forma grave de violência contra a mulher, que vem apresentado crescimento alarmante. Por isso, é urgente tornar esse assunto visível para a sociedade e contribuir para o debate acerca do assassinato de mulheres. A pesquisa foi realizada com base nas abordagens quantitativas e qualitativas, assim, tornou-se possível analisar e compreender o tema proposto. O campo estabelecido para a pesquisa se concentra em dados coletados através de questionário aplicado em três escolas de ensino fundamental do município. Os resultados encontrados nas comunidades investigadas apontam que a maioria dos casos é contra as mulheres e que as denúncias não são feitas. Nesta linha de raciocínio, conclui-se que, mesmo tendo conhecimento da Lei Maria da Penha, não se fazem as denúncias contra as agressões sofridas pelas mulheres.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze femicide, to understand it, raise awareness and encourage society about the importance of denunciation. The research presented the issue that turns to the question “why even though we are in the age of information, equal and human rights, individual and fundamental freedoms, is there still violence against women?”. The study is justified by its sociais relevance, as it is a serious form of violence against women, which has shown an alarming growth. Therefore, it is urgent to make this matter visible to society and contribute to the debate about the murder of women. The research was carried out based on quantitative and qualitative approaches, thus, it became possible to analyze and understand the proposed theme. The field established for the research focuses on data collected through a questionnaire applied in three elementary schools in the city. The results found in the investigated communities indicate that most cases are against women and that complaints are not filed. In this line of reasoning, it is concluded that, even with knowledge of the Maria da Penha Law, there are no complaints against the aggressions suffered by women.
