FEIRA DE SANTANA (BA) E A FORMAÇÃO DE SUBCENTROS: PLANEJADO OU ESPONTÂNEO?

Este estudo faz parte do projeto de pesquisa intitulado Comércio e Consumo na Produção do Espaço. Para esta etapa estudo estabelecemos como objetivo destacar a formação de subcentros a partir das ações do poder público municipal. Definimos os conceitos de subcentro, planejamento e requalificação urbana para a fundamentação teórica. Os procedimentos metodológicos tiveram como base a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Como resultados iniciais notamos as ações do poder público municipal no planejamento e requalificação urbana tendo como consequência principal a formação de subcentros.

  • Abstract: This study is part of the research project entitled Commerce and Consumption in the Production of Space. For this stage of the study, we established the objective of highlighting the formation of subcenters based on the actions of the municipal government. We defined the concepts of subcenter, planning and urban requalification for the theoretical basis. The methodological procedures were based on bibliographic and documentary research. As initial results, we noted the actions of the municipal government in urban planning and requalification, having as a main consequence the formation of subcenters.
