FATORES QUE INFLUENCIAM NA BAIXA COBERTURA VACINAL CONTRA O SARAMPO ENTRE CRIANÇAS MENORES DE 5 ANOS DE IDADE, E O PAPEL DA ENFERMAGEM: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DE LITERATURA
Nos primeiros anos de vida da criança o sistema imunológico ainda está em desenvolvimento, para isso as vacinas são administradas nesta facha etária de idade O presente estudo tem como objetivo a queda da vacinação contra o sarampo e suas consequências em crianças com até 5 anos de idade, já que nos últimos anos se notou um aumento de caso e declínio na imunização. Método: se utilizou estrutura do trabalho a revisão integrativa literária, através de artigos científicos encontrados no Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), Google Scholar (Google Acadêmico), Biblioteca virtual de saúde (BVS) as informações adquiridas foram referentes aos anos de 2002 a 2021, em português e inglês, baseados em artigos, livros, revistas científicas e diretrizes, com referências a Sarampo. Resultado: verificou-se que as regiões que tiveram uma maior queda foram a norte e sudeste, os pais são as principais pessoas para uma melhor adesão as vacinas um resgate e aumento da cobertura, a enfermagem apresenta um papel de conscientização da população, a maior consequência que essa queda pode trazer é o aumento de casos e até óbitos por essa enfermidade. Conclusão: Mostra-se com este estudo que é necessário que o governo e os profissionais de saúde necessitam passar mais informações acerca da vacina, durante o estudo observamos o quanto é importante está atuação da enfermagem e principalmente do enfermeiro responsável da sala de imunização, está relacionado à abordagem com os pais conscientizando-os de como é importe este momento de imunização na vida da criança, mobilizando a comunidade de atuação realizando a educação em saúde de forma que a população ali presente se conscientize da importância vacinal minimizando assim a queda da vacina e o surgimento de doenças já erradicadas, trazendo assim uma importante reflexão para melhoria da mobilização de estratégias para as campanhas e processos de imunização.

Abstract:
In the first years of life of the child the immune system is still developing, for this vaccines are administered in this age facha age. The present study aims to increase vaccination against measles and its consequences in children up to 5 years of age, since in recent years there has been an increase in case and decline in immunization. Method: the structure of the work was used to review the literary integrative, through scientific articles found in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), Google Scholar (Google Scholar), Virtual Health Library (VHL) the information acquired was related to the years 2002 to 2021, in Portuguese and English, based on articles, books, scientific journals and guidelines, with references to Measles. Result: it was found that the regions that had a greater fall were in the north and southeast, parents are the main people for better vaccinations a rescue and increased coverage, nursing has a role of awareness of the population, the greatest consequence that this fall can bring is the increase in cases and even deaths from this disease. Conclusion: It is shown with this study that it is necessary that the government and health professionals need to pass more information about the vaccine, during the study we observed how important is the performance of nursing and especially the nurse in charge of the immunization room, this rationed the approach with parents raising awareness of how it matters this moment of immunization in the child's life, mobilizing the community of action implementing health education so that the population present there becomes aware of the vaccine importance, thus minimizing the fall of the vaccine and the emergence of diseases already eradicated, thus bringing an important reflection to improve the mobilization of strategies for campaigns and immunization processes.
