FATORES PRESENTES NO AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO QUE PREJUDICAM A SAÚDE MENTAL DE ENFERMEIROS INTENSIVISTAS
O trabalho dos enfermeiros
intensivistas requer amplo conhecimento
técnico científico, e as situações cotidianas
com pacientes graves podem gerar altos níveis
de estresse. O objetivo do estudo foi identificar
fatores que interferem negativamente na saúde
mental de enfermeiros intensivistas. Tratou-se
de uma revisão de literatura do tipo integrativa
a partir de estudos publicados entre 2013 e
2019 indexados nas bases SCIELO, LILACS
e BDENF. Os fatores presentes no ambiente
de trabalho, frequentemente apontados como
indutores de estresse ocupacional e outras
formas de sofrimento mental, geralmente
estão relacionados às condições de trabalho,
enfrentamento da morte, situações de
emergência, baixos salários, longa jornada de
trabalho e sobrecarga de tarefas em que fazse
necessário o uso do corpo como ferramenta
de trabalho, através de esforço físico constante.
Concluiu-se que o trabalho de enfermeiros
intensivistas é cercado de fatores que podem
influenciar de forma negativa a saúde mental
destes profissionais.

Abstract:
The work of intensivist nurses requires extensive technical scientific
knowledge, and everyday situations with severe patients can generate high levels of
stress. The objective of the study was to identify factors that negatively interfere in
the mental health of intensive care nurses. It was a literature review of the integrative
type from studies published between 2013 and 2019 indexed in the bases SCIELO,
LILACS and BDENF. Factors present in the work environment, often referred to as
inducers of occupational stress and other forms of mental suffering, are usually related
to working conditions, coping with death, emergency situations, low wages, long
working hours, and overloading of tasks. that it is necessary to use the body as a work
tool, through constant physical effort. It was concluded that the work of intensive care
nurses is surrounded by factors that can negatively influence the mental health of these
professionals.
