FATORES PARA RETENÇÃO DE GRADUANDOS DE MEDICIN: UM ESTUDO DE CASO DA ESCOLA DE MEDICINA DA FACULDADE PITÁGORAS DE EUNÁPOLIS, BAHIA
O objetivo deste trabalho é levantar e analisar fatores de retenção dos graduandos em medicina junto a uma instituição de ensino superior. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida a partir de dados coletados virtualmente, utilizando um questionário de pesquisa on-line, que foi respondido por 72 alunos do primeiro e segundo semestres do curso de Medicina, da Faculdade Pitágoras de Eunápolis, Bahia. Os resultados demonstram que o valor da mensalidade, a infraestrutura e o corpo docente são fatores cruciais que influenciam na permanência do aluno na IES.

Abstract:
The objective of this work is to survey and analyze retention factors of medical students at a higher education institution. The research was developed from data collected virtually, using an online research questionnaire, which was answered by 72 students from the first and second semesters of the Medicine course, from Faculdade Pitágoras de Eunápolis, Bahia. The results demonstrate that the monthly fee, the infrastructure and the faculty are crucial factors that influence the student's permanence in the HEI.
