FATORES INFLUENCIADORES FRENTE A POSIÇÃO DE ESCOLHA DE PARTO
Objetivo: identificar se os profissionais da saúde influenciam e esclarecem dúvidas quanto as diversas posições de parto para as parturientes. Métodos: pesquisa de abordagem quantitativa e descritiva, realizado em uma maternidade envolvendo 50 parturientes. Resultados: verificou-se que as parturientes conheciam e/ou foram orientadas previamente sobre as posições de parto e métodos de alívio da dor e, que as estas orientações foram suficientes para as tranquilizarem e ajudarem a entender sobre o que estava acontecendo. No entanto uma parcela das parturientes realizou o parto na posição de litotomia. Conclusões: o estudo revelou que os profissionais são capazes de influenciar a mulher na hora da tomada de decisão, mas que ainda o seu conhecimento prévio é predominante sobre as questões que rodeiam o parto.

Abstract:
Objectives: to identify if the multiprofessional team influences and clarifies doubts about the different different positions for the parturients. Methods: research of approach quantitative and descriptive carried out in a maternity involving 50 parturients. Results: it was verified that the parturients already knew and / or were previously oriented about the different positions and methods of pain relief, and that these orientations were enough to reassure them and help to understand what was happening. However, a portion of the parturients still performed the birth in the lithotomy position. Conclusions the study revealed that professionals are able to influence women at the time of decision making, but that their prior knowledge is predominant about the issues surrounding childbirth.
