FATORES HISTÓRICOS E SOCIOCULTURAIS QUE INFLUEM NA DISCRIMINAÇÃO E VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA PESSOAS LGBTQIA+ NA SOCIEDADE BRASILEIRA
Este estudo aborda os fatores sócio-históricos e socioculturais, que originam discriminação, estigmatização e violência contra pessoas LGBTQIA+ no âmbito da sociedade brasileira, tendo como objetivo gerar reflexões sobre elementos constitutivos de nossa formação cultural através da compreensão da matriz de subjetivação, para demonstrar a origem do conservadorismo presente em nosso contexto social, político, econômico e cultural e a relação com a discriminação e violência contra pessoas LGBTQIA+. A questão investigativa é: quais são os principais fatores sociais, culturais e históricos que contribuem para a persistência da discriminação e violência contra pessoas LGBTQIA+ no Brasil? Investigar e analisar os elementos da matriz de subjetivação, fonte originaria de discriminação, preconceito e violência no contexto da sociedade brasileira com relação aos “diferentes”., é fundamental bem como, gerar reflexões acerca deste enfoque no sentido de contribuir para investigações mais aprofundadas com relação à diversidade sexual e de gênero em nossa sociedade. Metodologicamente trabalhamos com pesquisa bibliográfica para embasar nosso estudo sobre discriminação, estigmatização, exclusão e violência enfrentada pelas pessoas LGBTQIA+ no Brasil. Este estudo fornece percepções significativas sobre os aspectos sócio-históricos e culturais que levam a discriminação de pessoas LGBTQIA+.

Abstract:
This study addresses the socio-historical and socio-cultural factors that originate discrimination, stigmatization and violence against LGBTQIA+ people within Brazilian society, aiming to generate reflections on constitutive elements of our cultural formation through the understanding of the subjectivation matrix, to demonstrate the origin of conservatism present in our social, political, economic and cultural context and the relationship with discrimination and violence against LGBTQIA+ people. The investigative question is: what are the main social, cultural and historical factors that contribute to the persistence of discrimination and violence against LGBTQIA+ people in Brazil? Investigating and analyzing the elements of the subjectivation matrix, the original source of discrimination, prejudice and violence in the context of Brazilian society in relation to the "different". relation to sexual and gender diversity in our society. Methodologically, we worked with bibliographical research to support our study on discrimination, stigmatization, exclusion and violence faced by LGBTQIA+ people in Brazil. This study provides significant insights into the socio-historical and cultural aspects that lead to discrimination against LGBTQIA+ people.
