FATORES E TÉCNICAS DE PRODUÇÃO E SEUS EFEITOS NA PRODUTIVIDADE E NA QUALIDADE DE GRÃOS DE TRIGO
O trigo é uma importante commodity e um dos cereais mais produzidos e comercializados no mundo. No Brasil, a região Sul é destaque como principal produtora. Na produção vegetal há diversos fatores e técnicas de produção envolvidos, que afetam tanto a produtividade como a qualidade do trigo produzido. Para o Engenheiro de Produção Agroindustrial, conhecer os efeitos dos fatores e das técnicas de produção envolvidos no campo sobre o rendimento e a qualidade dos vegetais é importante. Diante disso, este artigo teve como objetivo identificar os fatores e as técnicas de produção e seus impactos na qualidade e na produtividade do trigo. A pesquisa foi realizada como parte da disciplina de Fatores de Produção Agropecuária, do Curso de Engenharia de Produção Agroindustrial, da Universidade Estadual do Paraná – Campus de Campo Mourão. Consistiu na realização de revisão de literatura, por meio da consulta de materiais que tratassem dos efeitos dos fatores e das técnicas de produção na produtividade e na qualidade de grãos de trigo. Constatouse que o conhecimento dos fatores genéticos, ambientais e de manejo e do modo como esses afetam a qualidade e a produtividade da cultura do trigo, auxilia na tomada de decisões por parte do produtor rural e também no planejamento de ações que possibilitem redução de perdas e melhoria na qualidade do produto.

Abstract:
Wheat is an important commodity and one of the most produced and commercialized cereals in the world. In Brazil, a southern region is highlighted as the main producer. In the vegetable production there are several factors and production techniques involved, which affect both the productivity and the quality of the wheat produced. For the Agroindustrial Production Engineer, knowing the effects of the factors and production techniques involved in the field on the yield and the quality of the vegetables is important. Therefore, this article aimed to identify factors and production techniques and their impacts on wheat quality and productivity. The research was carried out as part of the Agricultural Production Factors discipline, of the Agroindustrial Production Engineering Course, of the State University of Paraná - Campus de Campo Mourão.It consisted of a literature review, through the consultation of materials dealing with the effects of factors and production techniques on yield and quality of wheat grains. It was verified that the knowledge of the genetic, environmental and management factors and how they affect the quality and the productivity of the wheat crop, assists in the decision-making by the rural producer and also in the planning of actions that allow reduction of loss and improvement in product quality.
