FATORES DE RISCO PREDISPONENTES DE INFECÇÃO DO SÍTIO CIRÚRGICO EM CIRURGIA CARDÍACA.
INTRODUÇÃO: Os tratamentos cirúrgicos se constituem em um componente essencial nos cuidados de saúde há mais de um século, sendo amplamente utilizados em casos de trauma, excisão de tumores e doenças cardiovasculares, dentre outras, com a finalidade de reduzir o risco de morte, aliviar sintomas ou corrigir deformidades, resultando em melhor qualidade de vida. OBJETIVO: Descrever evidências científicas acerca dos principais fatores de risco para a infecção de sítio cirúrgico (ISC) em cirurgias cardíacas e a atuação de enfermagem na prevenção. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, visto que é o mais amplo método referente às revisões, permitindo a inclusão de estudos experimentais para a compreensão completa do fenômeno analisado.
Com relação à distribuição dos artigos quanto às bases de dados cinco (50%) encontram-se na base de dados SCIELO, três (30%) na base de dados da BDENF, seguido de dois (20%) na base de dados da LILACS. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: No que tange ao ano de publicação dois (20%) dos artigos foram publicados no ano 2015 e mais dois (20%) no ano de 2016, sucessivamente nos anos de 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 e 2017 foram publicados um (10%) artigo em cada ano. O que afirma a necessidade do conhecimento profissional acerca dos fatores de risco para infecção do sitio cirúrgico em cirurgias cardíacas, onde os enfermeiros buscam melhor conhecimento cientifico, aprimorando a teoria e a humanização. CONCLUSÃO: O enfermeiro tem o contato mais direto com o paciente, de modo que cumpre o papel extremamente importante nesse processo ao orientar os profissionais para prevenir e controlar a infecção, e ao contribuir com medidas específicas para que não haja disseminação de microorganismos no ambiente hospitalar.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Surgical treatments have been an essential component of health care for over a century, being widely used in cases of trauma, excision of tumors and cardiovascular diseases, among others, in order to reduce the risk of death, relieve symptoms or correct deformities, resulting in better quality of life. OBJECTIVE: To describe scientific evidence about the main risk factors for surgical site infection (SSI) in cardiac surgery and the role of nursing in prevention. METHODOLOGY: This is an integrative review, since it is the broadest method related to reviews, allowing the inclusion of experimental studies for a complete understanding of the analyzed phenomenon.
Regarding the distribution of articles regarding databases, five (50%) are found in the SCIELO database, three (30%) are in the BDENF database, followed by two (20%) in the LILACS database. . RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Regarding the year of publication two (20%) of the articles were published in 2015 and two more (20%) in 2016, successively in the years 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2017 one (10%) article was published each year. This affirms the need for professional knowledge about risk factors for infection of the surgical site in cardiac surgeries, where nurses seek better scientific knowledge, improving theory and humanization. CONCLUSION: Nurses have the most direct contact with the patient, so they play an extremely important role in this process by guiding professionals to prevent and control infection, and by contributing with specific measures so that there is no dissemination of microorganisms in the hospital environment .
