FATORES DE RISCO CARDIOVASCULAR DOS TRABALHADORES TERCEIRIZADOS DE UM HOSPITAL DE REFERÊNCIA EM CARDIOLOGIA
Descrever os fatores de risco cardiovascular dos trabalhadores terceirizados de um hospital de referência em cardiologia. Método: Estudo transversal, descritivo e de abordagem quantitativa, desenvolvido em um hospital de ensino e referência Norte-Nordeste em cardiologia. Foram avaliados 66 profissionais terceirizados através de entrevistas individuais por um questionário estruturado e avaliação antropométrica. Resultados: Os participantes caracterizam-se com média de idade de 38 anos (±1,189), predominantemente do sexo masculino (57,6%), (71,2%) encontravam-se com IMC alterado, tendendo ao sobrepeso e obesidade, (69,7%) dos profissionais apresentavam pressão arterial alterada durante a entrevista, sedentários (59,1%), que faziam uso de bebida alcoólica (54,5%). Considerações finais: O estudo evidenciou a existência de um grupo vulnerável ao adoecimento cardiovascular. Tal achado traz um alerta aos setores de segurança e saúde do trabalhador do hospital e da empresa contratante para reconhecer profissionais em risco de adoecimento no ambiente de trabalho e intervir precocemente.

Abstract:
Describe the cardiovascular risk factors of outsourced workers at a referral cardiology hospital. Method: Cross-sectional, descriptive and quantitative study, developed in a teaching and referral hospital in North-Northeast cardiology. We evaluated 66 outsourced professionals through individual interviews by a structured questionnaire and anthropometric assessment. Results: Participants were characterized by a mean age of 38 years (± 1.189), predominantly male (57.6%), (71.2%) with altered BMI, tending to overweight and obesity, (69.7%) of the professionals presented altered blood pressure during the interview, sedentary (59.1%), who used alcohol (54.5%). Final considerations: The study evidenced the existence of a group vulnerable to cardiovascular disease. This finding brings an alert to the safety and health sectors of the hospital worker and the contracting company to recognize professionals at risk of illness in the workplace and to intervene early. -
