FATORES ASSOCIADOS AO DESMAME PRECOCE EM MÃES ADOLESCENTES: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
O aleitamento materno exclusivo
é essencial para a saúde materno-infantil.
Entretanto, a gestação associada ao período
da adolescência apresenta uma série de
modificações biopsicossociais intensas, o que
favorece o surgimento do desmame precoce.
Objetivou-se verificar os fatores associados
ao desmame precoce em mães adolescentes.
Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, cuja busca
foi delineada nas bases de dados Scientific
Electronic Library Online (SciELO) Literatura
Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da
Saúde (LILACS) e Medical Literature Analysis
and Retrieval System Online (MedLine) e
BDENF, via Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS)
que tivessem sido publicados nos últimos
5 anos (2014-2018), durante os meses de
outubro a dezembro do ano de 2018. Neste
processo, utilizou-se o operador booleano
AND, na associação dos seguintes descritores em DeCS: Adolescente, aleitamento
materno desmame. Diversos fatores estão relacionados ao desmame precoce em
mães adolescentes, entre eles: baixa escolaridade falta de apoio familiar, instabilidade
conjugal, interferência da mama como dificuldades na pega, necessidade de trabalho
e falta de apoio profissional. É fundamental o acolhimento integral e multidisciplinar
dos profissionais de saúde, transmitindo informações precisas sobre a importância do
aleitamento materno. Garantindo assim uma maior diretriz preventiva e cuidado em
saúde.

Abstract:
Exclusive breastfeeding is essential for maternal and child health.
However, the gestation associated with the adolescence period presents a series of
intense biopsychosocial modifications, which favors the emergence of early weaning.
The objective was to verify the factors associated with early weaning in adolescent
mothers. This is an integrative review, whose search was delineated in the databases
Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) Latin American and Caribbean Literature
on Health Sciences (LILACS) and Medical literature Analysis and Retrieval System
Online ( MedLine) and BDENF, via the Virtual Health Library (VHL) that had been
published in the last 5 years (2014-2018), during the months of October to December of
the year 2018. In this process, we used the Boolean operator and, in the association of
the following descriptors in DeCS: adolescent, breastfeeding, weaning. Several factors
are related to early weaning in adolescent mothers, among them: low schooling, lack of
family support, marital instability, interference of the breast as difficulties in the grip, need
for work and lack of support Professional. The integral and multidisciplinary reception
of health professionals is fundamental, transmitting accurate information about the
importance of breastfeeding. Thus guaranteeing a greater preventive guideline and ‘
health care.
