FATOR GENÉTICO COMO AGENTE DETERMINANTE PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DA DOENÇA DE ALZHEIMER
A doença de Alzheimer é uma enfermidade neurodegenerativa que acomete as sinapses, causando perda de memória. Este artigo visa apresentar, por meio da revisão integrativa, os fatores genéticos que desencadeiam esse colapso memorial. O objetivo desse estudo foi determinar patogenias relacionadas à etiologia genética que pudessem abordar motivos para esse declínio cognitivo. Para essa revisão foram utilizadas buscas em: Medline, PubMed, SciELO e Google Acadêmico; tendo, como parâmetro de pesquisa, artigos que fossem relevantes ao assunto abordado. Os resultados obtidos tem o propósito de determinar diversas patogenias referentes à etiologia gênica relativas à alteração na memória para essa enfermidade, concluindo ser uma adversidade ainda em fase de compreensão pela Ciência.

Abstract:
Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disease that affects synapses, causing memory loss. This article aims to present, through an integrative review, the genetic factors that trigger this memorial collapse. The aim of this study was to determine pathogenesis related to genetic etiology that could address reasons for this cognitive decline. For this review, searches were used in: Medline, PubMed, SciELO and Google Scholar; having, as a research parameter, articles that were relevant to the subject addressed. The results obtained have the purpose of determining different pathogenesis related to the genetic etiology related to the alteration in memory for this disease, concluding that it is an adversity still in the stage of understanding by Science.
