FAMÍLIA: SEU PAPEL NA PROTEÇÃO DA INTIMIDADE E PRIVACIDADE DAS CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES NAS REDES SOCIAIS
O presente artigo visa a estudar a importância e necessidade de vigilância das redes sociais das crianças e adolescentes no mundo contemporâneo, sendo que tal tarefa é de incumbência da família, da sociedade e do Estado que tem por obrigação legal zelar pela integridade física e psíquica dos menores de idade. Na sociedade da informação, as redes sociais ganharam destaque, eis que se trata de uma das principais formas de se estabelecer o diálogo e de manifestação do pensamento, necessitando assim de cuidados e limites, para se evitar qualquer afronta aos direitos fundamentais dos próprios usuários e de outrem. O método que será utilizado foi o jurídico-teórico e o raciocínio dedutivo.

Abstract:
This article aims to study the importance and need of surveillance of social networks of children and adolescents in the modern world, and this task is the responsibility of the family, which has the legal obligation to ensure the physical and mental integrity of children under age. In the information society, social networks have gained prominence, as one of the main ways to establish dialogue and manifestation of thought, thus requiring care and limits, to avoid any affront to the fundamental rights of users themselves and others. The method that will be used was the theoretical legal and deductive reasoning.
