EXTENSÃO INTERDISCIPLINAR NAS PRÁTICAS DE CUIDADOS – CENOPOESIA E AQUARELA NA SAÚDE MENTAL.
A extensão é onde a comunidade acadêmica encontra na sociedade a oportunidade de elaboração da práxis de seus conhecimentos, tendo o objetivo de realizar a inserção social nas camadas mais pobres e excluídas da população, levando consigo conhecimentos científicos e tecnológicos que eram reservados somente para o mundo acadêmico. O artigo apresenta uma pesquisa qualitativa, ocorrida entre os anos de 2017 a 2019, relatadas em diário de bordo buscando compreender percursos de vida e atualização dos modos de conviver que pôde ser observado nas ações dos clientes. Esse estudo visa compartilhar um relato de experiência no Projeto de Extensão oferecido pela Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido, intitulado Programa Oficinando em Rede e Saúde Mental, e sua influência na sociedade compreendendo mudanças cognitivas e afetivas através de tecnologias leves como a pintura em aquarela e a cenopoesia, promovendo uma melhor qualidade de vida aos participantes artistas.

Abstract:
The extension is where the academic community finds in society the opportunity to elaborate the praxis of their knowledge, aiming to achieve social insertion in the poorest and most excluded sections of the population, taking with them scientific and technological knowledge that was reserved only for the world. academic. The article presents a qualitative research, which took place between the years 2017 to 2019, reported in a logbook seeking to understand life paths and updating the ways of living that could be observed in the actions of customers. This study aims to share an experience report in the Extension Project offered by the Federal Rural University of the Semi-Arid, entitled Networking and Mental Health Program, and its influence in society including cognitive and affective changes through light technologies such as watercolor painting and cenopoetry, promoting a better quality of life for customers.
