Extensão Agronômica na EXPOMAR 2018
Realizada anualmente em Marechal
Cândido Rondon, a Expomar (Feira da Indústria,
Comércio, Prestação de Serviços e Maquinários
Agrícolas) é organizada pela Associação
Comercial e Empresarial de Marechal Cândido
Rondon (Acimacar). A Universidade Estadual
do Oeste do Paraná, por sua vez, detém de
dois estandes na feira, onde todo o ano leva à
comunidade externa da universidade um pouco
do que são os cursos de Agronomia e Zootecnia,
ambos do Centro de Ciências Agrárias,
com o intuito de buscar novos acadêmicos,
difundir novos conhecimentos a produtores ou
pessoas familiarizadas com a área agronômica,
dar visibilidade a instituição da Unioeste e
assim, consequentemente, agregar conteúdo
pertinente e interessante à feira. No ano de
2018, o estande foi planejado, organizado e
montado pelo grupo PET – Agronomia com
o auxílio do Colegiado de Agronomia e de
professores colaboradores. O planejamento
do estande iniciou-se semanas antes da Expo
Rondon, a qual aconteceu de 26 a 29 de julho

no Centro de Eventos Wender Wander. Os materiais didáticos expostos foram rochas
de diferentes formações geológicas, insetários, uma mandala de ervas e temperos,
mudas de frutíferas, experimento de milho em sistema hidropônico, fitoherbários e
um terrário. Quanto aos resultados obtidos, acredita-se que os objetivos propostos na
exposição do curso de Agronomia na Expomar 2018 foram alcançados, uma vê que
com os recursos utilizados proporcionaram uma maior visibilidade ao curso, sendo
isso verificado através do fluxo de pessoas que se fizeram presentes no decorrer dos
dias no estande.

Abstract:
Held annually at Marechal Cândido Rondon, Expomar (Trade Fair
for Industry, Commerce, Services and Agricultural Machinery) is organized by the
Commercial and Business Association of Marechal Cândido Rondon (Acimacar). The
State University of the West of Paraná, in turn, holds two booths at the fair, where
all year round the university’s external community is a bit of what the Agronomy and
Zootechnology courses are, both from the Agrarian Sciences Center, aiming to find
new academics, disseminate new knowledge to producers or people familiar with
the agronomic area, give visibility to the institution of Unioeste and, consequently, to
aggregate pertinent and interesting content to the fair. In 2018, the stand was planned,
organized and assembled by the PET - Agronomy group with the assistance of the
Agronomy Collegiate and collaborating professors. Booth planning began weeks
before the Rondon Expo, which took place July 26-29 at the Wender Wander Event
Center. The teaching materials were rocks of different geological formations, insetaria,
a mandala of herbs and spices, seedlings of fruit, experiment of corn in hydroponic
system, phytoherbary and a terrarium. Regarding the results obtained, it is believed
that the objectives proposed in the exhibition of the Agronomy course in Expomar 2018
were reached, one sees that with the resources used, they provided a greater visibility
to the course, being verified through the flow of people who were present in the course
of the days at the booth.
