EXPOQUÍMICA INTERATIVA NO ANO INTERNACIONAL DA TABELA PERIÓDICA | INTERACTIVE EXPOQUÍMICA IN THE INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF THE TABLE PERIODIC
As feiras de ciências são consideradas historicamente como uma oportunidade de promoção da ciência para a sociedade através do compartilhamento de conhecimentos adquiridos e sistematizados em torno de uma temática. O ano de 2019 foi eleito o ano internacional da Tabela periódica, qual brilha como a pupila dos olhos da Química. Em homenagem a temática, foi realizada na Universidade Federal de Alagoas – UFAL, uma expoquímica objetivando motivar de forma descontraída e agradável os alunos de educação básica para o interesse de Ciências/Química. A expoquímica apresentou jogos, teatro, oficina e atividades pedagógicas em um ambiente que embora fosse dentro de uma instituição formal, foi incomum para os alunos e estava preparado com ludicidade para recebê-los. Foram abordados fatores desde a história da tabela periódica e importância e observação da presença dos elementos químicos no cotidiano. Alcançou um público de 900 alunos entre escolas públicas e privadas do estado de Alagoas.

Abstract:
Science fairs have historically been considered an opportunity to promote science to society through the sharing of knowledge acquired and systematized around a scientific theme. The year 2019 was elected the international year of the Periodic Table, which shines like the pupil of Chemistry's eyes. In honor of the theme, an expo-chemistry was held at the Universidade Federal de Alagoas - UFAL aiming to motivate students of basic education in a relaxed and pleasant way for the interest of Science / Chemistry. The expochemistry presented games, theater, workshops and pedagogical activities in an environment that although it was inside a formal institution, was unusual for the students and was prepared with playfulness to receive them. Factors from the history of the periodic table and importance and observation of the presence of chemical elements in everyday life. It reached an audience of 900 students between public and private schools in the state of Alagoas.
