Abstract: The body has always been a topic discussed in different areas of knowledge. In Physical Education, this theme gains visibility mainly after the publication of the book “The Physical Education takes care of the body and...'mind/lie'”, by João Paulo Subirá Medina, in 1983, when the author announces a body that is a synthesis of the biological, psychological, cultural, social and political. Thus, talking about the body in Physical Education refers to a body that is a construction and not a given, final element, it is a continuously unfinished body that expresses meanings. How do school subjects experience experiences from the body these days? How can we explain these experiences? This work aims to analyze three reports of school experiences that have as a premise the bodily experience from of cultural reference. As methodological procedures, a dialogue with the literature is carried out, seeking to work with classic and contemporary authors of Physical Education and who are fundamental in a cultural reference. As a result, it can be observed that the reports present different experiences from the body carried out by the children and in two of them, involving adults as well. The experiences express the challenge, different emotions, intergenerational dialogue, assistance, experience and assembly of a circus choreography.
