EXPERIÊNCIA DE CURSO GRATUITO DE INSTALADOR DE SISTEMAS FOTOVOLTAICOS CONECTADOS À REDE OFERECIDO PELO IFTO CAMPUS PALMAS
Este artigo tem como principal
objetivo apresentar a primeira experiência
do Campus Palmas do Instituto Federal do
Tocantins (IFTO) com um curso de qualificação
profissional na área de sistemas fotovoltaicos.
Através do Projeto Social de Inclusão Digital
(PSID), que atua a vários anos com cursos
de capacitação profissional, observou-se a
necessidade e foi possível lançar o curso
instalador de sistemas fotovoltaicos conectados
à rede (SFCR) gratuitamente. O objetivo
específico é atender uma deficiência por
profissionais nessa área de mercado, já que asvárias empresas instaladas nas proximidades
e na capital do Tocantins. As mesmas estão
encontrando dificuldades em encontrar mão
de obra qualificada para execução de projetos
de SFCR. A procura por esse curso superou
as expectativas oportunizando o aumento
na quantidade de vagas devido ao tamanho
da demanda, o curso foi composto por com
mais de 50% da carga horária de atividades
prática. Os resultados mostram que a faixa de
idades e graduações escolares das pessoas
é bem diversificada e que cerca de 90% dos
alunos entendem que o curso atendeu às suas
expectativas

Abstract:
This article has as main objective to
present the first experience of Campus Palmas
of the Federal Institute of Tocantins (IFTO) with
a professional qualification course in the area
of photovoltaic systems. Through the Social
Inclusion Digital Project (PSID), which has been
working for several years with professional
training courses, it was observed the need and
it was possible to launch the installer course of grid-connected photovoltaic systems (SFCR) free of charge. The specific objective is to
address a deficiency by professionals in this market area, since the various companies
located nearby and in the capital of Tocantins. They are finding it difficult to find qualified
workforce for SFCR projects. The demand for this course exceeded expectations,
giving rise to the increase in the number of places due to the size of the demand, the
course was composed of more than 50% of the hours of practical activities. The results
show that the range of ages and graduation rates of people is well diversified and that
about 90% of students understand that the course met their expectations.
