EXPANSÃO URBANA E EXCLUSÃO TERRITORIAL: A OCUPAÇÃO DO JARDIM CAMPOS VERDES NA CIDADE DE CAMBÉ/PR
A expansão urbana que se desenvolveu nas cidades brasileiras pode ser caracterizada pelo forte incremento nas disparidades entre os grupos sociais, isto porque a lógica da divisão territorial no espaço urbano tende a privilegiar as elites e penalizar a classe trabalhadora. Quando se trata das moradias irregulares este aspecto se torna ainda mais evidente, dado o padrão de informalidade e ilegalidade que estigmatiza estes territórios. Assim, a proposta deste artigo é identificar a relação entre o crescimento urbano com a exclusão territorial em Cambé/PR. Foram utilizados procedimentos primários e secundários para levantamentos de dados. Conclui-se que a produção desigual da cidade exclui famílias sem poder aquisitivo do acesso a terra urbana e, estas por sua vez, acabam ocupando áreas irregulares.

Abstract:
The urban expansion that has developed in Brazilian cities can be characterized by a strong increase in disparities between social groups, because the logic of territorial division in urban space tends to privilege the elites and penalize the working class. When it comes to irregular housing, this aspect becomes even more evident, given the pattern of informality and illegality that stigmatizes these territories. Thus, the purpose of this article is to identify the relationship between urban growth and territorial exclusion in Cambé/PR. Primary and secondary procedures were used for data collection. It is concluded that the city's unequal production excludes families without purchasing power from access to urban land, and these, in turn, end up occupying irregular areas.
