EXECUÇÃO DE FUNDAÇÕES DO TIPO TUBULÃO CONFORME ORIENTAÇÕES DA NOVA NR-18 DE 10 DE FEVEREIRO DE 2020
O tubulão é um dos principais tipos de fundação empregados atualmente no Brasil, porém possui a desvantagem de possuir elevado risco aos operários que realizam sua escavação. As normas Regulamentadoras do Ministério da Economia estabelecem critérios no sentido de reduzir esses riscos. Recentemente, NR-18: Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho na Indústria da Construção, foi atualizada trazendo novas diretrizes para execução de tubulões. Nesse sentido, este trabalho possui o objetivo de realizar uma análise do processo executivo de tubulões à céu aberto, considerando os novos critérios estabelecidos na nova NR-18. Utilizou-se então a metodologia de revisão bibliográfica para o levantar conhecimentos sobre o tema e apresentar as práticas adequadas para obter estes elementos de fundação de maneira satisfatória e segura. Observou-se que das etapas de execução do tubulão à céu aberto – escavação do fuste, alargamento da base e limpeza, colocação da armadura e concretagem – a que recebeu mais atenção da nova NR-18 foi a escavação, onde a norma contribui de maneira significativa para a promoção da segurança dos operários nestas obras.

Abstract:
The large diameter bored piles is one of the main types of foundations currently used in Brazil, but it has the disadvantage of having a high risk to the workers who carry out its excavation. The Regulatory rules of the Ministry of Economy establish criteria to reduce these risks. Recently, NR-18: Safety and Health at Work in the Construction Industry, was updated bringing new guidelines for the execution of large diameter bored piles. In this sense, this work has the objective of carrying out an analysis of the executive process of large diameter bored piles, considering the new criteria established in the new NR-18. Then, the bibliographic review methodology was used to raise knowledge on the topic and present the appropriate practices to obtain these elements of foundation in a satisfactory and safe way. It was observed that of the stages of execution of the large diameter bored piles - excavation of the shaft, widening of the base and cleaning, placement of the reinforcement and concreting - the one that received more attention from the new NR-18 was the excavation, where the standard contributes in a way significant contribution to promoting the safety of workers in these works.
