EXCELÊNCIA NO ENSINO DA GESTÃO NO BRASIL: A PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA NO QUADRIÊNIO 2013-2016

apresentar respostas à questão de pesquisa:
Quais os padrões da produção científica brasileira
acerca do tema “Ensino de Administração
no Brasil”, na base SPELL, entre 2013 e
2016? Metodologicamente, foram analisados
52 artigos que abordam a temática Ensino
da Administração publicados na biblioteca
eletrônica SPELL. Para realizar a análise dos
dados, foi utilizado a análise bibliométrica
segundo as Leis de Lotka, objetivando-se
levantar o impacto da produção dos autores
relacionados ao campo de conhecimento,
e se utilizando do ajuste de Price e a Lei do
Elitismo para demonstração dos resultados.
Os resultados são detalhados em tabelas e
figuras, e a contribuição desse artigo baseiase
no mapeamento da produção recente e na
identificação da fronteira de conhecimento no
tema.

Abstract:
This bibliometric research
aims to provide answers to the research
question: What are the standards of Brazilian
scientific production on the theme “Teaching
Administration in Brazil”, in the SPELL database,
between 2013 and 2016? Methodologically,
52 articles were analyzed that address the
theme Teaching Administration published in the
electronic library SPELL. To perform the data
analysis, it was used the bibliometric analysis
according to Lotka Laws, aiming to raise the
impact of the production of authors related to
the field of knowledge, and using the adjustment
of Price and the Law of Elitism to demonstrate
the results. The results are detailed in tables
and figures, and the contribution of this article is
based on the mapping of recent production and
the identification of the frontier of knowledge in
the theme.
