Abstract: Chatbots have become an essential tool in various sectors, facilitating interaction between businesses and customers. This article explores the evolution of chatbots, their functioning, their applications in different areas, and an overview of the most well-known chatbots, including their functionalities and impact. Chatbots have not only improved operational efficiency for businesses but also enhanced customer satisfaction by automating repetitive tasks and providing constant support. The article concludes with a summary of the inferences drawn and suggests future work.
