EVOLUÇÃO ANTROPOMÉTRICA DE PACIENTES QUE REALIZARAM CIRURGIA BARIÁTRICA E METABÓLICA EM FORTALEZA - CE
Nos casos graves de obesidade e ou ineficiência do tratamento clínico, pode ser indicada à cirurgia bariátrica, a fim de reduzir os riscos do agravo das doenças crônicas e demais comorbidades. O objetivo desse estudo foi trazer um maior esclarecimento no que diz respeito à comparação da perda de peso entre pacientes de ambos os sexos para avaliar o percentual do público em que ocorre a maior prevalência de perda. Estudo comparativo, descritivo, retrospectivo, de abordagem quantitativa, por meio de consulta ao prontuário de 50 pacientes submetidos à cirurgia bariátrica, foi realizado em uma clínica referência situada na cidade de Fortaleza-CE, no período de maio de 2018, O IMC masculino no pré-operatório foi de 45,6 ±6,22 Kg/m² e o feminino foi de 40,4 ±4,52 Kg/m², em relação do peso médio no pré-operatório, os homens apresentaram 135,84 ±25,68 Kg e as mulheres 103,52 ±12,51 Kg e em relação a circunferência abdominal o sexo masculino apresentou uma média de 133,24 ±15,02 cm e o sexo feminino 118,07 ±12,44 cm, na avaliação da perda de peso e de circunferência absoluta e relativa após a operação nos três primeiros meses, o sexo masculino, teve a maior perda absoluta e relativa de ambos os parâmetros em relação ao sexo feminino, observou-se nessa amostra que houve perda de peso e de circunferência abdominal em ambos os sexos, com maior prevalência no sexo masculino.

Abstract:
In severe cases of obesity and or inefficiency of clinical treatment, the patient may be referred to bariatric surgery in order to reduce cardiovascular risks and other comorbidities. The purpose of this study is to provide further insights regarding the comparison of weight loss between patients of both sexes to assess the percentage of the largest audience that occurs the highest prevalence of loss. It was a comparative, descriptive, retrospective study of a quantitative approach, through consultation of the medical records of 50 patients submitted to bariatric surgery, carried out in a private clinic located in the city of Fortaleza-CE, in the period of May 2018, IMC male preoperatively was 45.6 ± 6.22 kg / m² and female was 40.4 ± 4.52 kg / m², compared to preoperative weight, men had 135.84 ± 25, 68 kg and the women 103.52 ± 12.51 kg and in relation to the abdominal circumference the male presented an average of 133.24 ± 15.02 cm and the female 118.07 ± 12.44 cm in the evaluation of the weight loss and absolute and relative circumference after the operation in the first three months, the male had the highest absolute and relative loss of both parameters in relation to the female sex, it was observed in this sample that there was weight loss and of abdominal circumference in both sexes, with a higher prevalence in males.
