EVASÃO NA EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: O QUE PENSAM OS ALUNOS DE UMA ESCOLA TÉCNICA ESTADUAL
A evasão escolar, ao longo dos tempos, vem integrando diversos fóruns de debates e reflexões do dia-a-dia da educação do Brasil originando diversos caminho a serem utilizados por políticas públicas educacionais. Este trabalho busca em sua essência lidar com a evasão escolar nos ambientes técnicos educacionais compreendendo o papel atribuído ao ensino profissionalizante no processo de desenvolvimento do Brasil, verificando os fatores desvendados pela literatura que norteiam as principais causas da evasão no ensino médio profissionalizante. E para tanto fatores como o comportamento e as relações entre aluno e professor no ambiente escolar, verificando se a convivência aluno professor ou a estrutura da escola tem algo a ver com a evasão de alunos das cadeiras escolares.; se faltam estruturas físicas ou deficiências socioambientais. Desta forma, a conclusão deste trabalho caminha para a identificação de soluções que possam findar à problemática da evasão nas escolas técnicas de nível médio, caminhando para uma educação de qualidade. E por fim, esta dissertação tem por finalidade identificar os motivos da evasão escolar, pelo prisma de visão do aluno

Abstract:
School dropout, over time, has been integrating several forums for debates and reflections on the day-to-day of education in Brazil, giving rise to different ways to be used by public educational policies. This work seeks in its essence to deal with school dropout in technical educational environments, understanding the role attributed to vocational education in the development process of Brazil, verifying the factors revealed by the literature that guide the main causes of dropout in vocational secondary education. And for such factors as the behavior and the relations between student and teacher in the school environment, checking if the student-teacher coexistence or the school structure has something to do with the evasion of students from school chairs; if physical structures or socio-environmental deficiencies are lacking. Thus, the conclusion of this work goes towards the identification of solutions that can put an end to the evasion problem in technical schools of secondary level, moving towards a quality education. And finally, this dissertation aims to identify the reasons for school dropout, from the student's point of view.
