EVALUACIÓN DE LAS OBRAS CIVILES EN LOS ESPACIOS PÚBLICOS DEL CENTRO HISTÓRICO DE LA CIUDAD DE PUNO
La presente investigación tiene como propósito analizar y evaluar las obras civiles ejecutadas en los espacios públicos que tiene el centro histórico de la ciudad de Puno. Es de tipo aplicada, tipo descriptivo analítico, con un diseño no experimental, la población estuvo compuesta por 104 161 habitantes mayores de edad del distrito de Puno. La muestra fue de 139 habitantes, seleccionadas utilizando el método del muestreo aleatorio simple. Los datos han sido recolectados mediante la aplicación de la técnica de la encuesta mediante un instrumento para evaluar el nivel de aceptación por parte de las personas de las obras civiles que se han ejecutado en los espacios públicos en el centro histórico de Puno. Los resultados muestran que los habitantes no cumplen sus necesidades urbanas colectivas en los espacios públicos del centro histórico de la ciudad de Puno, debido a que el 70,5% de los habitantes encuestados consideran que las obras realizadas en los espacios públicos del centro histórico de Puno se ubican en un nivel regular a muy malo. Así mismo se determinó que las dimensiones del transporte peatonal en los espacios públicos que se tienen en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Puno no cumplen lo establecido en la normatividad vigente.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate the civil works carried out in public spaces in the historic center of the city of Puno. It is of an applied type, a descriptive analytical type, with a non-experimental design, the population consisted of 104,161 inhabitants of legal age of the district of Puno. The sample consisted of 139 inhabitants, selected using the simple random sampling method. The data have been collected through the application of the survey technique through an instrument to evaluate the level of acceptance by people of the civil works that have been executed in public spaces in the historic center of Puno. The results show that the inhabitants do not meet their collective urban needs in the public spaces of the historic center of the city of Puno, because 70.5% of the surveyed inhabitants consider that the works carried out in the public spaces of the historic center of Puno is located at a regular to very bad level. Likewise, it was determined that the dimensions of pedestrian transport in public spaces in the historic center of the city of Puno do not comply with the provisions of current regulations.
