ETNODESENVOLVIMENTO E IDENTIDADE PATAXÓ: DA ALDEIA PARA O MUNDO
Resumo: Considerado extinto por Darcy Ribeiro (1970) o povo pataxó no extremo sul da Bahia, na pesquisa de Jörg (2017), apresenta sua luta pela defesa do território e identidade pataxó com o projeto de Etnodesenvolvimento elaborado e implantado na Reserva Pataxó da Jaqueira. Litte (2002) esclarece as acepções do termo etnodesenvolvimento e seus desdobramentos econômicos, políticos e sociais para o grupo étnico. Os saberes indígenas convocados pelos pataxó encontraram na memória coletiva de sua cultura a inspiração e a resistência da ancestralidade ameríndia; ressaltada por Krenak (2019) ao tecer críticas sobre a narrativa hegemônica globalizante capaz de alienar a humanidade do organismo de que são parte, a natureza.

Abstract:
Abstract: Considered extinct by Darcy Ribeiro (1970) the Pataxó people in the extreme south of Bahia, in Jörg’s research (2017), presents their struggle for the defense of Pataxó territory and identity with the Ethnodevelopment project elaborated and implemented in the Pataxó da Jaqueira Reserve. Litte (2002) clarifies the meanings of the term ethnodevelopment and its economic, political and social consequences for the ethnic group. The indigenous Knowledge summoned by the Pataxó found in the collective memory of their culture the inspiration and resistance of Amerindian ancestry; highlighted by Krenak (2019) when criticizing the globalizing hegemonic narrative capable of alienating humanity from the organism of which they are a part, the nature.
