Eternizar-te: A arte na prevenção
No contexto complexo de alinhamento de necessidades da comunidade e política de Extensão Universitária, e com a particularidade da saúde em região fronteiriça, o projeto de Extensão Eternizar-te atua, desde 2015, com ações de promoção e prevenção de saúde no município de Foz do Iguaçu e da tríplice fronteira. A proposta do projeto é de que a equipe seja multiprofissional, interdisciplinar e intersetorial, para que a abordagem em saúde seja entendida em toda a sua complexidade. O uso da linguagem do clown amplia o escopo de possibilidades de enfoque na educação em saúde, visando desenvolver e motivar a autonomia dos sujeitos sobre sua condição de saúde de forma lúdica, garantindo a humanização das relações entre extensionistas e comunidade. A conscientização por meio da metodologia lúdica e educação em saúde debruça sobre determinantes modificáveis de saúde, ou seja, fatores que influenciam a saúde da população e que podem ser modificadas por mudanças do estilo de vida ou do comportamento. O objetivo geral do projeto é preconizar ações de promoção e prevenção de saúde, sendo o objetivo específico para 2019 a atuação na promoção de saúde mental que pode ser potencializada pela figura do clown, e potencializada pela consolidação do projeto na comunidade externa ao longo dos 4 anos de sua existência. A pretensão de transformação social e de mudança de perfil epidemiológico da população da fronteira é a peça chave para a afinação do produto técnico-científico acadêmico na forma do Projeto de Extensão Eternizar-te.

Abstract:
In the complex context of community needs alignment and University Extension, and with the particularity of health in a border region, the project of Extension Eternizar-te operates, since 2015, with health promotion and prevention actions in the municipality of Foz do Iguaçu and the triple frontier. The project proposal is that the team multiprofessional, interdisciplinary and intersectoral, so that the approach to health is understood in all its complexity. The use of clown language expands the scope of possibilities of focusing on health education, aiming to develop and motivate the autonomy of the subjects about their health condition in a playful way, ensuring the humanization of relations between extensionists and the community. Awareness through of playful methodology and health education focuses on modifiable determinants of that is, factors that influence the health of the population and that can be modified by changes in lifestyle or behavior. The overall objective of the project is advocate health promotion and prevention actions, with the specific objective for 2019 the performance in mental health promotion that can be enhanced by the clown figure, and strengthened by the consolidation of the project in the external community over the 4 years of your existence. The claim of social transformation and change in epidemiological profile of the border population is the key to the tuning of the technical-scientific product in the form of the Eternizar-te Extension Project.
