ESTUPRO E FEMINICÍDIO REVELADOS NAS REPRESENTAÇÕES SOCIAIS ACERCA DA VIOLÊNCIA URBANA POR ESTUDANTES DO ENSINO
Este trabalho apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa sobre as representações sociais acerca da violência urbana entre estudantes que residem em áreas dominadas por forças paramilitares, no município de Belford Roxo, estado do Rio de Janeiro. Tem como principal objetivo identificar os sentidos que estudantes, neste contexto, atribuem às suas representações e às suas práticas. A base da investigação empírica está fundamentada na Teoria das Representações Sociais de Moscovici e na sua abordagem complementar – a Teoria do Núcleo Central de Abric. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foram utilizados o Teste de Associação Livre de Palavras e dados da secretaria escolar. Para a obtenção do Núcleo Central das Representações Sociais foi utilizado o software Evocation 2000. Os dados revelaram o estupro como a violência mais nuclear na representação social dos estudantes. Contudo, para os meninos está fortemente relacionado ao latrocínio e às agressões físicas seguidas de morte. Enquanto que, para as meninas, tem forte correlação com o assassinato de mulheres. Embora seja um estudo de caso, a pesquisa revela a importância de uma reflexão profundada da prática do estupro ou da cultura do estupro que não deve ficar de fora das discussões escolares, nem tão pouco à margem das discussões criminológicas no Brasil.

Abstract:
This paper presents the results of a survey on social representations about urban violence among students living in areas dominated by paramilitary forces, in the municipality of Belford Roxo, state of Rio de Janeiro. Its main objective is to identify the meanings that students, in this context, attribute to their representations and their practices. The basis of empirical research is based on Moscovici’s Theory of Social Representations and its complementary approach – the Abric Central Nucleus Theory. The Free Word Association Test and data from the school office were the instruments used for the research. The Evocation 2000 software was used to obtain the Central Center of the Social Representations. The data revealed rape as the most nuclear violence in the social representation of students. However, for boys it’s strongly related to murder and physical aggression followed by death. While for girls, it has a strong correlation with the murder of women. Although it is a case study, research reveals the importance of an in-depth reflection of the practice of rape or the culture of rape that should not be left out of school discussions, nor on the fringes of criminological discussions in Brazil.
