ESTUDO SOBRE R&R PARA PRODUTOS DO LABORATÓRIO PILOTO DE QUÍMICA INDUSTRIAL
Um sistema de medição (SM) é
formado pelo conjunto de procedimentos,
operações, instrumentos de medição,
programas computacionais além de pessoas,
utilizados para contribuir com característica de
qualidade. Por meio do SM é possível aplicar
a Repetitividade e Reprodutibilidade (R&R) na
qual se pode mensurar parâmetros avaliativos
como a viscosidade e por meio dela determinar
a qualidade do produto. Diante disso, a
motivação para realização deste trabalho foi
analisar as medições e os testes feitos nos
produtos selecionados do Laboratório Piloto de
Química (LAPQ) onde estudantes contribuem
para a produção dos saneantes e adquirem
práticas laboratoriais. Desejou-se inspecionar
os detergentes fabricados no LAPQ, para saber
se eles possuem uma margem de variância
significativa entre si e averiguar pelo SM as
melhorias para os métodos de R&R. O objetivo
do trabalho foi analisar as fontes de variação
associadas aos processos de medições na
produção de detergentes do laboratório e
propor melhorias destes saneantes. Para este
estudo foi adaptada uma metodologia na qual
mostra o caminho que deve ser prosseguido
para realização de um estudo sobre R&R.
Concluiu-se que é preciso fazer melhorias nas
análises realizadas, os operadores ou algumas
técnicas que possam ter utilizado podem afetar
a medição de forma significativa.

Abstract:
A measurement system (SM) is
formed by the set of procedures, operations,
measuring instruments, computer programs
in addition to people, used to contribute with
quality characteristic. By means of the SM
it is possible to apply the Repeatability and
Reproducibility (R & R) in which evaluative
parameters such as viscosity can be measured
and by it determine the quality of the product.
Therefore, the motivation for this work was to
analyze the measurements and tests done
on the selected products of the Laboratory
of Chemistry (LAPQ) where students contribute to the production of sanitizers and
acquire laboratory practices. It was desired to inspect the detergents manufactured in
the LAPQ to determine if they have a significant range of variance and to ascertain by
the SM the improvements to the R & R methods. The objective of this work is to analyze
the sources of variation associated to the measurement processes in the detergent
production of the laboratory and to propose improvements of these sanitizers. For this
study a methodology was adapted in which it shows the way that should be pursued
to carry out an R & R study. It is concluded that there is a need to make improvements
in the analyzes performed, the operators or some techniques that may have used can
affect the measurement in a significant way.
