ESTUDO SOBRE ASPECTOS DA FORMAÇÃO E DO PAPEL DO INTERVENIENTE NA CLÍNICA DA ATIVIDADE: EM SITUAÇÃO DE AUTOCONFRONTAÇÃO
Este texto traz alguns resultados de um estudo, que pesquisou a formação e o papel do interveniente em Clínica da Atividade (CA). A CA é uma abordagem teórica-metodológica que visa a transformação de situações de trabalho por meios indiretos. Neste trabalho será apresentado este estudo em sete seções que correspondem aos capítulos desenvolvidos na tese. No material estudado a pesquisadora examinou oito autoconfrontações em que uma interveniente em formação iniciou sua atuação observando outro interveniente e intervindo quando se sentia apta, e, foi, pouco a pouco, tornando-se a principal condutora de autoconfrontação e formadora de outra. Além disso, esse texto aprofunda questões sobre o “real da atividade” de interveniente, que foram tratadas superficialmente na tese.

Abstract:
The purpose of this of paper is to present some results of a study, which investigated the formation and the role of the intervenient in Clinical Activity (CA). AC is a theoretical-methodological approaching which aims to transform work situations through indirect means. In this work, the study is presented in seven sections which are related to the chapters developed in the thesis. In the material studied, the researcher evaluated eight self-confrontations in which one intervening trainee began her performance by observing another intervening and intervening when she felt fit, and, little by little, became the main conductor of self-confrontation and the formation of another. In addition, this text explores into questions about the “real activity” of the intervener, which were treated superficially in the thesis.
