ESTUDO SOBRE A IMPLANTAÇÃO DA SALA DE RECURSOS MULTIFUNCIONAL, TIPO I PARA ALTAS HABILIDADES/SUPERDOTAÇÃO NO PARANÁ
O presente artigo objetivou compreender o desenvolvimento da Educação Especial no Estado do Paraná enquanto modalidade de ensino e observar o avanço na área de Altas Habilidades/Superdotação. Identificar as ações políticos que determinaram a implantação das Salas de Recursos Multifuncional, Tipo I e compreender como o estado vem trabalhando para atender os alunos com Altas Habilidades/Superdotação, demonstrar assim a organização quanto aos critérios para funcionamento, metodologia, avaliação e atendimento educacional especializado. Para realizar este trabalho foram utilizados documentos nacionais e internacionais, as DCes de Educação Especial, Resoluções e a Instrução 010/2011 do Estado do Paraná que estabelece e organiza o atendimento para o aluno com AH/SD. Os resultados demonstraram um avanço significativo para este público, no entanto, observa-se que ao considerar o número de estudantes atendidos no Estado em números de matrículas realizadas muito precisa-se realizar para atingir 3% a 5% conforme a Organização Mundial da Saúde. A pesquisa identificou as ações políticas, leis e resoluções presentes na década de noventa e ano dois mil como determinantes para justificar os avanços encontrados. Para que a Educação Especial cumpra o que é previsto na lei o estado precisa investir em formação profissional e aumentar os recursos para atender esta demanda. As Salas de Recursos no estado do Paraná para as AH/SD foram implantadas com a Política de Educação Especial na Perspectiva de Educação Inclusiva a partir de 2007.

Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to understand the development of Special Education in Paraná state while category of teaching and to note the progress in high abilities/giftedness area. To identify political actions that established the employment of multifunctional classes, kind 1. To identify how State has worked to help gifted students and to demonstrate the organization regarding conditions to functioning, methodology, evaluation and specialized educational teaching. National and international documents were utilized to write this paper as special education DCes, normative resolutions and instruction 010/2011 of Paraná state that establish and organize the educational service to gifted students. This paper is a part of a dissertation where the objective was to investigate some students’ development into high abilities/giftedness specialized classes while they are a special education public. Results were there is considerable progress regarding education to this public, however, it is possible to note that in face of number of students in schools in Paraná, it is necessary a lot of registrations to hit 3% to 5% according World Health Organization. Political actions, laws and current normative resolutions during nineties and twenty hundreds were determinant to justify the progressin Special Education. State has to develop professional formation and resources to Special Education to be successful regarding as planned in law. Multifunctional classes in Paraná State were deployed because Special Education Policy based on Inclusive Education perspective.
