ESTUDO EXPLORATÓRIO-DESCRITIVO ACERCA DA PROPRIEDADE INTELECTUAL E INOVAÇÃO NO AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO SOB A ÓTICA DE PERITOS OFICIAIS DE NATUREZA CRIMINAL
Apesar de se perceber, nos últimos anos, investimentos sensíveis nos Instituições Oficiais de Perícia Criminal, quotidianamente, não se nota expressivo desenvolvimento tecnológico inovador nesse campo, notadamente no âmbito interno daquelas Instituições. O objetivo do presente trabalho é, valendo-se de pesquisa exploratória-descritiva por meio de aplicação de formulários/questionários eletrônicos, avaliar a percepção dos peritos oficiais de natureza criminal (peritos criminais, médico-legistas e odontolegistas) quanto à Propriedade Intelectual e à Inovação no seu ambiente de trabalho. Dentre outras conclusões, percebeu-se que: (a) 42,0% dos participantes possuía especialização stricto sensu, o que sugere uma predisposição à pesquisa tecnológica e científica inerente ao cargo; (b) a temática “Propriedade intelectual” não é fomentado dentro do ambiente de trabalho assim como não é bem difundida nas universidade; e (c) os participantes indicam que o principal entrave à inovação nos órgãos oficiais de perícia criminal, segundo os participantes, é a falta de tempo, seja em virtude da realização dos próprios exames periciais seja em virtude da falta de efetivo

Abstract:
Despite noticing, in recent years, sensitive investments in Official Criminal Forensic Institutions, on a daily basis, there is no significant innovative technological development in this field, notably within the internal scope of those Institutions. The objective of this work is, using exploratory-descriptive research through the application of electronic forms/questionnaires, to evaluate the perception of official experts of a criminal nature (criminal experts, coroners and dentists) regarding Intellectual Property and Innovation in your work environment. Among other conclusions, it was noticed that: (a) 42.0% of the participants had a stricto sensu specialization, which suggests a predisposition to technological and scientific research inherent to the position; (b) the theme “Intellectual property” is not promoted within the work environment, as well as it is not widespread in universities; and (c) the participants indicate that the main obstacle to innovation in official criminal expertise bodies, according to the participants, is the lack of time, either due to the performance of the forensic examinations themselves or due to the lack of staff
