Abstract: Teacher professional development is present throughout the teacher's professional journey since it fulfills the needs of initial training and enhances professional development. In this study, we focused on the process of ongoing education for teachers who carry out their professional activities at the College of Application/UFS. We chose a descriptive qualitative approach as our method. As a data collection instrument, we administered a questionnaire via email to 36 participating teachers, with only 11 questionnaires returned. The results indicated that the institution values ongoing education and provides these training opportunities, qualifying teachers for effective professional performance and offering quality education to the students.
