ESTUDO DE ESTABILIDADE E AVALIAÇÃO DA ACEITABILIDADE SENSORIAL DE CREMES FORMULADOS COM ÓLEO DE GIRASSOL
A Dermatite Atópica é uma doença
muito comum, tendo um aumento de 10 a 15%
nos últimos anos. Essa doença pode surgir
a partir de um defeito genético nas células
do tecido epitelial que causa uma perda da
estrutura da barreira cutânea, deixando a pele
mais suscetível à ação de substâncias irritantes
e facilitando as inflamações. O óleo de girassol
tem efeito protetor das propriedades biofísicas
da pele, aumento da síntese de lipídios cujo,
os quais aumenta a barreira de proteção. O
tratamento dermatite atópica doença, como
as outras doenças que acomete a pele por
serem sensíveis, possui uma série de medidas
terapêuticas que tem início com os cuidados
gerais da pele incluindo o tipo de roupas e
aplicação de elementos que irão preservar a
funcionalidade. Portanto, este trabalho tem
por objetivo, o desenvolvimento de um creme
utilizando óleo fixo de girassol como emoliente,
buscando a melhoria dos sinais e sintomas da
doença, por meio das propriedades medicinais
do óleo fixo de girassol, porém a comprovação
destas melhorais depende de testes específico.
Preparo dos cremes foram conforme as
técnicas de manipulação aprendidas durante
as aulas, em seguida realizou-se avaliação
da estabilidade físico-química e sensorial das
formulações. Os resultados obtidos atingiram
os objetivos desenvolveu-se duas formulações
de creme com óleo fixo de girassol.

Abstract:
Atopic dermatitis is a very common
disease, having increased 10 to 15% in recent
years. This disease can arise from a genetic
defect in epithelial tissue cells that causes a
loss of structure of the skin barrier, leaving the
skin more susceptible to irritants and facilitating
inflammation. Sunflower oil has protective
effect of the biophysical properties of the skin,
increased lipid synthesis which, which increases
the protective barrier. The treatment of atopic
dermatitis disease, like the other diseases
that affects the skin for being sensitive, has a
series of therapeutic measures that begins with
general skin care including the type of clothing
and application of elements that will preserve functionality. Therefore, the objective of
this work is to develop a cream using fixed sunflower oil as an emollient, seeking to
improve the signs and symptoms of the disease, through the medicinal properties of
the fixed oil of sunflower, but the confirmation of these improvements depends on tests
specific. Preparation of the creams were according to the manipulation techniques
learned during the classes, followed by evaluation of the physical-chemical and sensory
stability of the formulations. The results obtained reached the goals were developed
two cream formulations with fixed sunflower oil.
