ESTUDO DA VIABILIDADE DA ABERTURA DE UMA EMPRESA JÚNIOR NA ÁREA DE GEOTECNIA NO CEFET-MG UNIDADE VARGINHA
Uma Empresa Júnior tem diversas finalidades, principalmente trazer a realidade do mercado de trabalho para o ambiente universitário, já que muitas das vezes os jovens ainda não possuem habilidades nas áreas de concentração de seus cursos no que tange o exercício da profissão. Por conta disso, pode-se observar um crescimento no número desta modalidade de representação estudantil não só no Brasil, mas também no mundo, tanto por este quanto por outros motivos. A criação de uma Empresa Júnior na área de Geotecnia no CEFET-MG Unidade Varginha pode trazer grandes ganhos não só para o município, mas também para cidades do entorno, uma vez que ela pode prestar serviços a preços reduzidos para estas cidades do estado de Minas Gerais. O ramo de atuação é pertinente pois pode ser verificada certa negligência com relação à importância dos serviços geotécnicos, essencialmente no que diz respeito a Sondagem à Percursão (SPT – Standart Penetration Test). Este tipo de procedimento fornece parâmetros importantes para uma análise correta das características do solo, permitindo ao engenheiro responsável pela fundação do empreendimento um correto direcionamento para a realização do dimensionamento destas estruturas. O artigo analisa a viabilidade da implementação desta Empresa Júnior na referida universidade, analisando os custos envolvidos, expectativa de lucro e impostos acerca órgão estudantil.

Abstract:
: An junior company has lots of purposes, the most important is to represent the job market for the students of colleges because the skill that jobs require are not developed in the universities. Because of this, is remarkable a growth of this kind of modality in Brazil and all of the world, for this and for other reasons. The conception of a junior company in CEFET – MG, located in the city of Varginha, in the geotechnic field can bring lots of gains not only for the city, but for all the region, because the junior company can provide services with low cost for this cities in the state of Minas Gerais. This line of business is important because we can observe some negligence with the services of this kind, especially with regard to percussion drilling SPT. This kind of procedure provides important parameters for the correct soil analysis, allowing the engineer in charge of the foundation of the enterprise an correct dimensioning of these structures. This article analyzes the implemeation feasibility of this junior company at this university, analyzing the costs involved, profit expectations and taxes involved.
